DON'T EXPECT PERFECTION FROM YOUR PARTNER

Growing Together in Faith, Grace, and Understanding

Believe in Your Partner, Even Without Perfection

Do not expect perfection from your partner. But for no reason, believe they are perfect. This is not denialit is faith. Every person carries flaws, but choosing to believe in your partners best self can uplift the relationship. You may be discouraged by the current state of your relationship, especially if its not what you hoped for. But dont be anxiouspeople change, and love grows over time.

Managing Expectations with Grace

Disappointment often arises when we expect too much. To truly enjoy your relationship, you must trust your partnereven when situations seem unclear, even when others speak negatively. Why? Because no season lasts forever. Circumstances change. What matters is the foundation of belief and patience that you both stand on.

Prayer and Action: The Twin Keys

Prayer is essential, it is the master key to every situation in life. But prayer alone, without effort, often falls short. You must take initiative. No matter how many seminars you attend or books you read, none will work unless you act. The success of your relationship depends more on what you do than on external advice.

Be the Example You Want to See

If you desire certain qualities from your partner, start by embodying those qualities yourself. Show love. Be patient. Act kindly. You may not see immediate results, but your actions will bring peace to your heart and healing to your relationship. Youll be glad you made the effort, even if change comes slowly

Focus on Growth, Not Faults

Avoid the habit of fault-finding. Instead of constantly spotting flaws, be a source of ideas, encouragement, and solutions. Relationships flourish not because they are perfect, but because two people commit to building something beautiful togetherone step, one day at a time.

Respect Each Others Differences

Dont expect your partner to think, react, or behave exactly like you. You may be calm, while they are expressive. You may see a situation as right, while they see it as good but different. This doesnt make either of you wrongit just highlights your uniqueness. Its in these differences that balance is found.

Positivity Needs Balance

Theres nothing wrong with being positive, but dont assume your partner will always share the same perspective. Just like in an electrical system, power flows when the positive connects with the negative. Two positives dont produce energybalance does. In relationships, this metaphor reminds us that harmony often requires embracing differences.

Let Go of the Need to Be Right

Dont be obsessed with winning arguments or being right.” As your relationship matures, youll realize that proving a point often doesnt matter. What matters is peace, unity, and understanding. Your partner is not your competitorthey are your companion. You need each other to be complete.

Choose to See the Best in Them

Believe your partner is perfectnot because they are flawless, but because your faith can inspire growth. As Scripture reminds us:

Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1

Have faith in their journey, even when you dont see the outcome yet. This belief can shape reality and strengthen your bond.

Build with Love, Live with Grace

A lasting relationship is not built on perfection, but on patience, commitment, and mutual growth. Its okay to fall shortits okay to be different. What matters is that you both choose love every day. Be the light in your relationship, and over time, it will shine brighter than you imagined.

THE BEAUTIFUL SLEEVELESS

Fashion can be said to define who we are

But beauty is not only attributed to our way of dressing

Many are them,that wear clothing

But your style is different

Uniquely you are in person

Observation I have made

Consistently, you are great

Fashion wise, you are unique

Stylish you stand tall

Magdalene is you name

But I need Darlene to describe you

Sleeveless is your own

And you have made it, through all.

YOUR HUSBAND!

Loud I heard the ringing of the bell
Far it rung
Calmly I drunk the cowbell
Becoming Christ like is your ambition
As companies requires a mission
You brought home a cathedral
In the center of your heart you placed it
You worship him in all humility
In Devotion you outdoor your master
Respect is your hallmark.
Many were the witnesses
For which I was among
People shouting don’t know! Don’t know!
Because you don’t know
Years later you are bless
With the deposit of the Cathedral
Now many call you Mummy
Because you are bless with Many.

NADIYA

In your Prime, you were uncovered
Pure was the veil which was covered
White was the veil
In fact, white as a whole.
Slender and full of picturesque
Photogenic is under statement
Lo and behold, you showered your face
Blissful is nature
And your beauty is natural.
Charm in make-up
Complains daily,
“Starving me of my dailies,” it says!
Please I need a prey, it cries.
Wow! I see you, Nadiya!
But I need a rope and wire.
24/7 to see you around
For my eyes are wide abound
Heart beat fast, when the mind just imagine
Allah is great!
This is the expression of your garment
Shapeless vestment
Yet still we see shape
Blink your eyes my dear
For it brings much hope for love
Hallelujah in the highest
Nadiya! Is your highness

JOANA

The smiles are IMMEASURABLE

Sparkles in your eyes are INVOLUNTARY

Frowns even betray your KIND HEART

You struggle not to bring happiness to LIFE

Beauty elegantly lies with the BEHOLDER

Am not the HOLDER

But I cannot hide the truth reserved for the OWNER

Beauty never defines you

Because you are the Apex of BEAUTY

Forgiveness is your annual RITUAL

Humility is your COMPANION

Persona is a pride to your father

And becoming a fully grown lady

Is a joy to your mother

You are a symbol of your name

Deede Joana is your name.”

STANDING OUT OF THE CROWD

By Anthony Nana Yaw Dzacka

When we say "crowd," there is one major meaning that dwells in the mind: a large number of people. The Collins Study defines a crowd as a large group of people or things, a particular group of people, gathered together in large numbers; pressed together in a confined space; or filled and occupied fully.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with being in a crowd. Our society is made up of people, and wherever you go, whether at work, school, or church you will find yourself among a crowd. It is, therefore, not a bad thing. But standing out of the crowd is what truly matters. It is the most important consideration for anyone who finds themselves among many people.

Making a difference wherever you are matters most. If you sit nonchalantly among the crowd, you go nowhere. The act of taking the first step is what separates winners from losers. Greatness is often not about grand gestures, but about consistently choosing to do the little things with excellence.

“Do not wait for leaders; do it alone, person to person.” — Mother Teresa

At times, when we talk about making a difference, people begin to reflect on their backgrounds. But the truth is, your background doesn't define you. What matters is not where you come from, but where you're going and where you want to be. You are not your past—you are your potential.

If you realize there is something you love doing, make time for it. Perfection is not attained overnight. It is a result of continuous preparation and practice. Excellence is not a destination; it is a journey that never ends.

"Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing." — Pelé

You don’t need to complain, explain, or make excuses when the opportunity comes to make a difference. Put in effort in whatever you do—whether you are asked to do it or doing it for yourself. Know yourself. Work on both your weaknesses and strengths. No one can say they have no weaknesses, nor can one say, "I have no strength." Look deep within and you’ll find something you can do effortlessly—that is your advantage.

"Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom." — Aristotle

But when you realize you’re struggling to do something that shouldn’t take much effort, act quickly. No one was born with a "perfection tag" on their back. This means that if you truly wish for it, you can achieve it. It is essential to strive because every action is triggered by either desire or fear. In everything, seek the best—not mediocrity.

"Excellence is not a skill, it is an attitude." — Ralph Marston

To stand out, learn to look for the best in others. It will help you discover the best in yourself because your conscience will be clear, filled with positive thoughts instead of negativity. Also, develop a spirit of gratitude and learn to appreciate others. Gratitude allows you to understand that every step forward is a step toward something greater than your current situation.

"Gratitude turns what we have into enough." — Aesop

If you really want to achieve something, be prepared to go the extra mile. Those who succeed are the ones willing to do what others won’t. Those who achieve greatness are often not the most gifted, but the most determined.

"The extra mile is never crowded." — Wayne Dyer

Remember, standing out is not about outshining others; it is about shining in your unique way. It’s about becoming the best version of yourself and inspiring others to do the same. In a world where many are content to blend in, dare to be different.

“Why fit in when you were born to stand out?” — Dr. Seuss

Start today. Don’t wait. Be exceptional. Stand out from the crowd. The world is waiting for your light.

THE TIDE OF OPPORTUNITY

1. It comes like the waves of the sea

Softly rising, quietly falling,

Present for a moment, then gone,

Before one even becomes aware.

2. People place their hopes upon it:

Some succeed, others despair.

For some, it delivers dreams.

For others, it vanishes thin as air.

3. Opportunity comes but once

It rarely knocks twice at the same door.

Never, never let it pass,

For it may not return anymore.

4. Some wander through their days,

Lost in play and careless chatter,

Moving with no goal in mind

Smoking, shouting—what does it matter?

5. While others choose a wiser path:

They sit in silence, study hard,

Their minds fixed on dreams ahead,

Guarding each moment like a precious card.

6. Time will never wait for you

The tides obey no one’s call.

Be not deceived by leisure’s lure,

For delay may cause your fall.

7. To the diligent, time is a friend;

To the lazy, a fierce foe.

Success greets those with vision and plan,

But leaves behind those who drift with the flow.

8. So, rise each day with purpose clear,

And do not let distractions sway.

Never, never put off till tomorrow

What your hands can build today.

9. Because the tide of the sea waits for no creature

It moves onward with power and grace.

Either you ride its mighty wave,

Or watch your moment drift into space.

THE MOTTO

Below is a simple Poem, encouraging everyone who for some reason is facing some difficulties, and wanting to give up. Don't give up, keep pushing because there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

THE DAY WAS CHALLENGED,
WHEN THE FAN LOST IT’S MOTTO.
MONEY WAS NOT CLOSE,
SO HE DECIDED TO STACK LOTTO.
HAPPILY HE ACQUIRED A MOTTO,
FROM THE WON LOTTO.
HE BECAME A HERO,
FROM NOWHERE BUT FROM ZERO.
NOW EVERYONE IS A FRIEND,
EVEN THE MOSQUITO.
